This is view of the house from the outside.

This is the top floor of the house, from the music room. We're looking into the living room (with fireplace). To the right down the hall are the upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms.

This is one of the bedrooms.

Here is the kitchen. There's a breakfast table in here that could seat ten. It's big. The tall cabinet to my left hides the dishwasher.

And this is the dining room. The table is long and narrow. We think that it will easily seat ten, and could even seat twelve. The dining room (like the kitchen) is downstairs.

Here are two views of the swimming pool (covered up). It's on the view side of the house (although there are views on all sides). The first is from below; the second is from above. Notice the little terrace, designed for happy hour entertainment.

These are views from the house out into the valley below. In the distance on the hill you can see the medieval town of Todi, about 5 km away.
