Tweak TCP/IP to break down dead connections quickly

TCP_KEEPIDLE -> 500

TCP_KEEPINTVL -> 50

• If no traffic is seen on a socket for KEEPIDLE/2 seconds, TCP will send 8 probes, one every KEEPINTVL/2 seconds. If no response is seen, the socket will be disconnected.

• Normal default: 2 hours & 15 minutes
