Our major upstream provider, ACES Research, is having a problem with their core router. We are failing over to our alternative providers, Cable and Wireless and UUNET, but our total capacity is now cut in half. Therefore, performance will be poor until ACES gets their core back online.Downtime was 6:36AM/17-May-2001. This update at 7:30AM/17-May-2001. Expected uptime if there is no major hardware failure at ACES is 0800 today.
ACES came up at 09:00 and all appears to be normal.
